Young buck (I am guessing) stamped his feet and snorted before joining his "herd" barely seen in the trees to his right. In my neighbors yard.

#1 Springwatch
I don't always see it when it was on and was watching it this morning. I noticed last week that he seemed to be interested, today is the first time he has done this!
Bit of a "Springwatch" moment on the local lake. A large number of small fish had gathered in one spot and bought in five species of fishing birds: Kingfisher, Cormorant, Grebe, Little Egret and a Heron. Now the kingfisher catches fish by perching on a branch and diving for a fish, the grebe and cormorant swim powerfully under water and catch their prey that way, whilst the heron and the egret stand on the bank and stab at any passing fish. The grebe was successful and caught a monster. The rest weren't doing so well until the heron decided to adopt the kingfisher method. It dropped from a height and with a lot of splashing and flailing of wings managed to grab one. This is something I have not seen before and looked high risk as herons do not normally swim at all. I hope the pictures give you an idea. Try watching the heron ones in sequence. Wish I had used the video now.
