I was very lucky to capture this Hobby eating a dragonfly fly on the wing just a few feet above my head!
I liked the pose this bird was making, if there is a dry gap tommorow I should get out, if not I should really catch up on flickr, sorry, I find it really difficult to catch up after just short breaks!

Short break from Suffolk, have been out on the local patch too, so here's some of what I've been seeing...

NOw around 6 on the local patch, also saw the first Blackcap of the year today -
singing well but not pausing for the camera, hear a second singing from the depths of a big Blackthorn.
