I'm back home after 5 weeks filming for BBC Springwatch. It was my first visit to RSPB Minsmere - an awesome reserve managed by an equally awesome group of RSPB staff and volunteers. This was me filming a bee swarm on the root plate of a fallen tree, which was broadcast at the end of programme 5.

He appears to like this stone!

Roe Deer in the snow

About to plunge in the sea of green or not!

One of my photos made it on the BBC Springwatch website

Mr & Mrs Treecreeper. Same spot as last week, however this time there were a pair!

The male is on the elder and the female (seemed smaller & slimmer) was on the tree trunk nearby. Will now be peering at likely gaps in treetrunks....
