FWD's again -- I filmed the "big" cars, but my movies were a lot longer and Flickr will only accept 'em if they're under a minute.

Same as I said around this time last year, I am very impressed with Springfield Raceway. From a spectator's point of view, it was a pretty cool show -- as a racer sittin' in the stands, I wished I had my car with me for so many reasons. There's a lot to be said for careful racing, and there's more to it than just a night with few crashes. These guys are within a few weeks of ending their season, they've been at this every weekend since about March; and most of the cars still look great, they're not all beat to hell. Seems to me they're a lot more willing to let out and avoid instead of just ramming one another, and that's a very beautiful thing.

Springfield Racers, I salute you! If it weren't for the three-hour drive, The TwentyCarlo would be oh so proud to be there amongst ya!

Taken on November 25th, 2006. The church is actually really quite nice in an austere kind of way -- it's a very old Presbyterian Church that dates back to pre-Revolutionary War times (I think).
