Day 229b-Today also marks the beginning of Spring Break with Mum being home for a week. She wants to clean up some of the clutter in my rooms that have migrated there since Mouse moved in 3 years ago now. We were looking for some old footlocker style trunks but they are upwards of 200 dollars now so that was out so we ended up getting these cheap pos'es...but not before going to 3 different stores.
Now, you see why we do so much mail order. Yeah, it fun doing it but it wears on you when people get all scatterbrained and stupid.

I've been cleaning house for weeks, decluttering for months, a little at a time, here and there. Well, I've finally gotten rid of enough that I can reorganise properly. I dismantled my window seat today and cleaned it and everything that lives on it and in it. Fuck I'm tired.
Inside the corner compartment that you can't get to without removing the main cushion, I found a secret stash of leftover tiles from the renovation of this place. Wish I'd known about this when the body corporate knocked a hole in my bathroom wall and then left it for 6 months claiming they couldn't find matching tiles. Oh well.

I have finally decided that next month we are going to have a garage sale. These cabinets are in our garage and have held "garage stuff" for the last 6 years but this morning I cleaned them out to make room for garage sale stuff. We have a huge basement that I've been storing stuff in but I want to get everything into the garage so it's in one place.
