The Matrix Staff did some serious spring cleaning at their homes this year, so we decided it was time to hold yet another "junk" swap! Many treasures were found and claimed today, and we're excited to donate the remaining items to Goodwill in the next few days.

I've been spring cleaning like crazy. I have also been moving furniture. So far, I'm pleased with the results.

Our tiny apartment is finally starting to feel like "home" again.

12 PCs, 12 monitors, all stripped of memory, PCI cards, and disk drives.

Tuesday they will be picked up by the local electronics recycling center people.

The other day I went to the car wash (long over due) and sitting there I was fascinated by the patterns forming in front of my eyes. I use to love when it rained and riding in the car watching the patterns move about.

Change is good....because it made the room a BAZILLION times bigger...or it made it look that way

The Spring Cleanup in Spring.

I raked all of the leaves out of the flowerbeds yesterday. The kids were really working hard here. ;-) They loaded up bucket after bucket of leaves and put them in the back of the truck. They were so cute.

I'm so glad I got the leaves out of the beds...I have so many plants coming back! It's nice to finally see some green!

It's already trying to green up. We cut it back to about 18" early each spring. Keeps the shrub controlled and fresh.
