Belt hits a double off of Yardley of the Padres, and yeah I thought it was rare to see him on second at all, he didn't get on second much last year.
Also Ron Wotus has left the bench and is the third base coach this season, he looked happy, hard to tell if he really likes it back here.
Jarrett Parker triples a line drive to center field. With Albrert Almore at the plate, he would hit a sacrifice fly to center field, allowing Parker to score.
Parker would be optioned to Sacramento River Cats, but I expect that he will be called up as the season goes on.
I believe that this is an 'old school' umpire call for full count to the batter, now you would hold up fingers indicating balls and strikes.
Bochy pulls Dereck RodrÃguez after 2-2/3 innings, he would give up 3 hits, oh well it's only a Spring Training game.

David Lawrence McKay (b. March 14, 1950 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a former MLB player and coach at the MLB level. As an active player, he was an infielder for the Minnesota Twins, Toronto Blue Jays (where he was a player for the maiden edition of the Jays as an expansion team) and the Oakland Athletics. He is a member of the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, elected in 2001.
He was the Blue Jays starting third baseman for their first ever game on April 7, as the Canadian born player had two hits in Toronto's 9-5 victory over the Chicago White Sox. In 95 games with the Blue Jays, McKay hit .197 with 3 HR and 22 RBI, splitting time between second base, third base and shortstop.
McKay became the Blue Jays starting second baseman in 1978, as he played in a career high 145 games, batting .238 with 7 HR and 45 RBI. He finished sixth in the AL with six triples, and fifth with a .984 fielding percentage at second base.
Dave McKay struggled in 1979, losing his starting job and spending time with the Blue Jays Triple-A affiliate, the Syracuse Chiefs, for a majority of the season. With Toronto, McKay hit .218 with 0 HR and 12 RBI in 47 games. On Nov 5, 1979 the Blue Jays released him.
After his playing career ended, Dave McKay was an Oakland Athletics coach from 1984 to 1995. He followed manager Tony LaRussa to the St. Louis Cardinals, where he was the first base coach from 1996 until 2011. After LaRussa retired, he moved to the Chicago Cubs as first base coach under new manager Dale Sveum in 2012.
Career statistics:
Batting average - .229
Home runs - 21
RBI - 170
