I was surprised to wake today to discover that the clocks had changed on me.
My questions about daylight saving time have only been growing since I wrote this: maisonbisson.com/blog/post/11578
Daylight Saving TIme begins tonight here in the US and in many countries throughout the World. While I don't relish the thought of losing an hour of sleep, I do welcome the extra shifted hour of daylight it brings in the evening. It also inspired today's shot, as I remembered this human sun dial that is part of a local art installation. I didn't go with a selfie in mind, but in the end, I thought that was the best composition. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
p.s. - Is it really already ten weeks into this Project 366?!? Wow, time flies when you're having fun!

Dear Flickr friends, the Integrity International Design Challenge is over for me, I'm not a finalist but I really enjoyed participating.
I would like to share with the Flickr Doll Community my evening version of Eugenia Spring Forward's outfit, here is my Design Challenge Entry "Fierce Spring" Elyse Jolie.

Sheet cake (layers of zucchini and carrot cake) decorated like a vegetable garden: crumbled chocolate cookie wafers for dirt, green sprinkles for grass, marzipan carrots, tomatoes, radishes, watermelon, cauliflower, raddichio, cabbage and artichokes. Candy pebble wall surrounds the periphery.
Myrtle Warbler. Yellow Rumped Warbler. Butter Butt.
Call this little bird what ever you like. It is one of my rarer visitors, and a welcome sight to see.
We have lots of Pine Siskins, which I'll be posting shots of later, but my surprise visitor yesterday gets the spotlight today.
