The cruise ship Celebrity Constellation can be seen already docked in the port.
Celebrity Constellation is a Millennium-class cruise ship of Celebrity Cruises. She was originally named Constellation, but renamed in May 2007. Her three sister ships are the Celebrity Infinity, Summit, and Millennium.
She was built at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in St. Nazaire, France.

If you look carefully at the foot of the Coal Tit, you will see something that looks like a leaf but is, in-fact a Brimstone butterfly. I watched this Brimstone come and go. It appeared to be taking the same circular route along the edge of woodland and meadow. Unfortunately, when it returned, the butterfly took a detour and flew into the woodland canopy. While its green wings had earlier provided excellent camouflage against the ground vegetation, as soon as it rose towards the darker woodland environment, its sulfur green wings glistened in the dappled light and were spotted by this Coal Tit. It didn’t take long for the bird to pick and gobble the butterfly into pieces. The Brimstone’s decision to change its usual course cost it its life. The difference between life and death can often balance on a thread, on such a split decision
Split Rock Lighthouse is a part of the Split Rock Lighthouse State Park in Minnesota along the North Shore of Lake Superior. The lighthouse operated from 1910 to 1969 as a means of protecting ships traveling to the Port of Duluth. It sits high above jagged rocks below and is a popular camping, hiking, and sightseeing spot in the summer.

Split is the largest Dalmatian city, the second-largest urban centre in Croatia, situated on the shores of the Mediterranean also one of the oldest cities in the area just over 1,700 years old, The location chosen by the great reformer of the late Roman Empire the Roman Emperor Diocletian for retirement.

Split Croatia- Pine-clad hills, secluded coves, beaches- Split and the Dalmatian Riviera have been premier destinations on the Adriatic since the days of theRoman Emperors.
In fact, medieval Split was built within and around the palace built for the emperor Diocletian in his retirement.
The charms that entertained Emperors are still evident today. The Dalmatian Riviera offers the traveler a heady blend of natural beauty and fascinating cultural sites.
Diocletian abdicated in 305 A.D . During his reign , the emperor ruthlessly persecuted Christians. Ironically Split’s St. Dominius’ Cathedral occupies his mausoleum.
As far as we know, the original settlers here were Dalmatians tribes, later joined by Greek merchants, who saw the value of the harbor and its proximity to the rich interior. The first Romans stablished a colony nearby at Selona in 78 B.C, taking full advantage of the same features. Selona eventually became the Roman administrative center for Dalmatia, especially after Caesar settled other Italian colonist there. Roman roads and aqueducts were added to exploit the rich mines and farms along the sunny coast.
Diocletian Palace- The heart of old Split is built within and around the sprawling 8.4 acre(3.4 hectare) Palace erected by Diocletians.
Split Rock Lighthouse is a lighthouse located southwest of Silver Bay, Minnesota, USA on the North Shore of Lake Superior. The island is Ellingson Island.
