This was my first time shooting a wedding; not first of many, just probably my first of two. It was every bit as challenging as I thought it would be. I had fun, but it was a lot of work, and I am still not finished editing these. This is why I have been so busy lately.

Super awesome photographer and neighbor friend Matt Roth took these awesome pictures of my most recent aprons.

I'll be selling them December 3rd at the Charm City Craft Mafia's Holiday Heap.

For the theme of the week: Laying face down.

You see, "Dude" here was under the assumption that HE came up with this idea.

This poor girl went face down in the mud at the base of a hill just like so many others. Her friend would join her moments later.

Camera in Camera (or double Camera Technique DCT as I call it) The compact shows a stone under the wheel - the reason for the fall.

The penguins would walk in a group up and down the beach looking for a suitable place to go into the water. They would all look over the edge to see how high and whether it was doable or not, and then the ones in front were pressured to jump. Then they would all follow one by one into the water until this one missed and landed on a passing piece of ice. He looked a bit embarrassed, and swam away, They all then looked at each other, decided it wasn't a good place to jump and walked back along the beach.

One part of Swaton Vintage day was the Russian Egg Roulette. The idea is that each pair of contestants have 6 eggs to choose from and smash them in to their heads. Only one of the 6 eggs is raw, the rest are hard boiled. The person who ends up with the raw egg is deemed to be the looser.

25.5 inches tall. I planned on finishing this after sorting all my Lego, but couldn't resist finishing this happy alien kid and his pet. Thanks to Five Star Bricks of Elk Grove for some necessary red parts to finish up this build.

In this case I was playing with the star bokeh filter shooting macros of water drops falling on to a disc. My aim was to have the falling water out of focus to create a stream of stars. I didn't capture any falling water in this shot but I liked the outcome anyway. It probably fitted the splat (capturing action) brief better but you weren't supposed to use water for that one.

Carl and I met today and played around with my Stop Shot module.

This was my first attempts at capturing splashes. We came up with some pretty good ideas and this was one of my favorites.
