This is at my current apartment on Comcast $42.95 per month Performance plan. Comcast advertises it as:
"Downloads up to 15Mbps, uploads up to 3Mbps with PowerBoost"
The speeds I got would lead me to believe that 15/3 is the base, and PowerBoost goes beyond that. I was worried that the advertised 15/3 would only be when PowerBoost is in effect.
Back on eircom broadband at 2.6 megabits per second, wondering if it will get to 5 megabits per second by the end of the year.
purpose: to give you the best internet browser for your personal computer (PC).
links: these are the links i promised...
service.futuremark.com/peacekeeper
and speedtest.net/
Things you need to know: first copy and paste the peacekeeper link on every browser you are testing it on, and test them separately(not at the same time).
good luck!
Hm. I never went past 5000 kbit/s before. Nice... and this is when I was thinking of switching to DSL.
Unfortunately, I think paying $45 USD a month for this is too much.
