I was able to get this while focusing close to the sidelines while the action was right at the edge of the playing field. I'm happy with how this shot turned out because the emotion on the player in white I think shows great determination. I edited this photo by boosting the levels and curves, adjusting the hue and saturation and also using the burn and dodge tool. I also resized the image and used the smart sharpen tool. The meaning of this photo is determination because I think that is what the facial expression is trying to show.
This must be a regional thing. I've never seen them called anything other than speed bumps or humps.
