Thanks to new pieces that weren't available when I first made him, I was finally able to give Bumblebee some knee and elbow articulation, while still keeping him at a smaller scale than my other up-sized Kreons. He's freed from the Frankenstein stiff poses he used to only be capable of.
Plus, Spike and Sparkplug now have their trademark boots! Their torsos are all from the Indiana Jones line, so they're perhaps a bit more rugged than they were in the old cartoon. But I can live with that.

I connected the spark plug to cheap ioniser, added some butane gas and a sound trigger.
the theme for the macro Mondays group. spark plugs reach a very high temperature when in use. ceramic can withstand this high temperature so are an ideal component.

Rear end is finished enough, got a gearbox and twin coils complete with...sixteen candles...sorry, sixteen sparkplug leads* ( insanity Claus included) as these bastards used up far too much of my allotted patience.
Front end is missing a few ancillaries, it has an 'alternator' but also needed at least a water pump...maybe power steering/air-con. Guess 'the guy' is still working on it XD
* made from little rubberbands cut open...they're are why it was so insane, if they had been long enough to stretch from side to side it would have been easy...easy I tells ya...ha ha hee hee...

Letterpress printed on Graphic Coverboard, Front in PMS Red 185 and PMS Blue 3145. Plus a transparent white ink was printed with a heavy 'bite' impression to create the wood grain effect. Bullet holes were drilled.

It remained in use until the mid-20th century; the construction of the Tappan Zee Bridge on the shoals where it stood and the development of the General Motors Tarrytown Truck Assembly plant on land reclaimed from the river to its east made the light obsolete. The Robbins Reef Light Station is a sparkplug lighthouse located off Constable Hook in Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey, United States, along the west side of Main Channel, Upper New York Bay. The tower and integral keepers quarters were built in 1883. It replaced an octagonal granite tower built in 1839.
The name derives from the New Netherland era of the 17th century. In Dutch rob or robyn means seal, groups of which would sometimes lie on the reef at low tide.[6] The structure is also called Kate's Light for Kate Walker who "manned" the station alone after the death of her husband Captain John Walker in 1886, until 1919. She rowed her children to school on Staten Island. Herman Westgate was the last keeper of the lighthouse before it was finally automated. In 2009 Robbins Reef was put up for sale under the National Historic Lighthouse Preservation Act.[7] In 2011, the Noble Maritime Collection, a maritime museum on Staten Island, was granted stewardship of the light station by the U.S. General Services Administration.[8] The octagonal structure near Robbins Reef Lighthouse is not the base of the original 1839 tower but rather a sewer outfall that was constructed around 1915.

The lighthouse was built using pneumatic caisson engineering. A granite base was added in 1922. The light was deactivated in 1941 when the first Jamestown Bridge was built. The light became dilapidated until 1999 when the Friends of Plum Beach Lighthouse received ownership of the lighthouse. The lighthouse is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2003 the Plum Beach light was completely restored and was re-activated soon after.

The light was built in 1889. The 53-foot spark plug designed tower had 5 levels, two of which were keepers’ living quarters.It is one of three surviving sparkplug lights in the state. It is set in shallow waters in the Lubec Channel, 150 meters (500 ft) from the Canada “United States border.

The beautiful Sandy Point Shoal Lighthouse during embarkation day onboard the Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas for an eight night cruise from Baltimore, Maryland to the Southeastern United States and the Bahamas (February 16th, 2024 to February 24th, 2024). The Sandy Point Shoal Lighthouse is located just north of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge near Annapolis. The sparkplug lighthouse was first lit in 1883 and the focal height of the light is 51 feet. Since we left right on time, we were able to see it beautifully on the Starboard side (right) as we headed down the Chesapeake Bay. The cruise embarks from Baltimore, Maryland with stops in Charleston, South Carolina; Port Canaveral, Florida; Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas, and Nassau, Bahamas, before returning back to Baltimore.

Back in 1922, lighthouse keeper Ellsworth Smith and his family lived in the cramped quarters of Conimicut Lighthouse, but it was more than Nellie Smith could take. She poisoned her children and herself when her husband was at shore forever haunting the lonely lighthouse.

The Winston Longsword is one of the latest, greatest sportscars from the United Kingdom. It's most notable trait is it's virtually limitless amount of factory customization options that allow customers to truly make their Longsword "their" Longsword. In the summer of 2215, 4 Longswords were purchased by British Motorsports marque Sennatech to build something a bit more....meaner than a Longsword with engraved wheels. Sennatech is a motorsports and engineering group based in Banbury that's been a part of Winston's Motorsports programs for the last 30+ years. They built the racing variants of past Winston Models like the Veloce, W800, and even helped design the road-going Longsword. Now they have total control over the Longsword's racing variation. Dubbed the GT-LM for the class it'll race in this Longsword is obviously much more of a performer than it's road-legal counterpart. Basically everything has been rebuilt for racing, from the composites used on the body to even the sparkplugs used in the turbocharged I6 engine. Speaking of, the I6, while more or less the same as seen in the roadcar, received a power boost so now it produces a formidable 655 HP. This gives the GT LM a 0-60 of under 3 seconds, and a top speed of 255 MPH. In addition to this greater speed, race-spec tyres, suspension, brakes, aero, basically race-spec everything, the GT-LM can reach these speeds in any direction it goes, and not just straight-line speed. This is good, since it will have equally fierce competition on the track. Winston has their sights set primarily on the Rogue's own GT-class racing program, the Destroyer FCR5. The Destroyer is the Longsword's main competition on the road, and it looks like that rivalry will speed right onto the raceways.

With one little piece, a spark is created that causes an explosion that pushes a piston that turns a crank that spins a gear that make your wheels roll. And that is how that big piece of metal on rubber wheels is transformed into a moving ice cream truck .. and that rat better go down my street this time or I'm gonna ... well, I'm gonna!

"Plum Beach Light (Lighthouse), built in 1899, is a sparkplug lighthouse in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
The lighthouse was built using pneumatic caisson engineering. A granite base was added in 1922. The light was deactivated in 1941 when the first Jamestown Bridge was built. The light became dilapidated until 1999 when the Friends of Plum Beach Lighthouse received ownership of the lighthouse. The lighthouse is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2003 the Plum Beach Lighthouse's exterior was completely restored and its beacon re-activated soon after; it is now licensed as a Coast Guard Private Aid to Navigation. The Friends of the Plum Beach Lighthouse designed, submitted and introduced an official License Plate to be distributed to any Rhode Island private passenger registration. The extremely popular plates have sold over 7000 sets since they were released in July 2010.
Construction started on Plum Beach Lighthouse in 1896. It was built using a pneumatic caisson. The lighthouse’s foundation was built on shore and towed to its present location and sunk to the bottom. Once the foundation settled on the bottom, the water was pumped out and filled with air. Workers went into it and dug the dirt at the bottom of the foundation. As they removed the dirt, the foundation sunk lower in to river bottom. A core sample taken during construction discovered a seven-foot layer of quicksand at the depth the foundation was going to bottom out. Construction was stopped because the foundation had to be heightened to get past the quicksand. This required additional funding. The foundation was covered with a wooden peaked roof. A red light was placed on the unfinished foundation in 1897. Congress appropriated $9,000 in 1898 to finish it. Work was restarted in April 1899 and was finished in June 1899. It was first lighted on July 1, 1898." (wikipedia)
