Opted for the Chocolate Velvet today from #breadahead and can I just say - this place shits on any and all doughnut establishments in NYC #sorrynotsorry. That quintessential English sugared fluffy dough with a light chocolate mousse like concoction in the middle - not overly sweet or rich, just floaty goodness. I don't even loathe myself right now. #boroughmarket

Some of us work overtime to distract ourselves from what’s going on at home, or to afford the latest gadget or iPhone, to keep us distracted, while we’re there. We pay entertainers and athletes hundreds of millions to keep us distracted in our “free” time, while many teachers struggle just to make ends meet, and as we leave the sold out coliseums and arenas, we step over the homeless people sleeping on the street! We drink, smoke loud, and/or pop pills to further distract us from the mundane, acting like brothers, Abel and Cain! We must stop rowing our boats gently down that stream, and realize life is so much more than just a dream! Wake up, be present, and step up...today!
