Deutsche Post mail carriers will throw your mail on the ground in the rain rather than walk two extra steps to your mailbox. It’s happened so often that I brought my pile of destroyed mail to the post office and asked how I could possibly prevent this in the future. The mail clerk shrugged, and said with a straight face: “you can’t.” #sorrynotsorry
