I new I had saved this stand for some reason. My wife gives me a hard time for being a pack rat, because I see potential in so many things, so I don't usually through them out. I save them for just an occasion as this.
This is an old medical lamp stand my father was throwing out. A patient knocked it over and broke the lamp head and it was such an old lamp he could not get it replaced. He lose is my gain.
I am going to have to come up with a better way of attaching the lamp bracket as it is very unstable as it sits now.

মাইগ্রেনের ভয়াবহ মাথাব্যথার সাথে যারা পরিচিত তারাই জানেন এটি কি ধরণের যন্ত্রণাদায়ক। মাইগ্রেনের মাথাব্যথা একবার শুরু হলে যেতেই চায় না। যন্ত্রণার তীব্রতা অনুযায়ী এর স্থায়িত্ব ২/৩ দিন পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। সাধারণ পেইনকিলারে এই মাইগ্রেনের মাথাব্যথা দূর করা সম্ভব হয়ে উঠে না। একারণে ভয়াবহ যন্ত্রণা পোহাতে হয় অনেক ভুক্তভুগিকে।
কিন্তু এই মাইগ্রেনের ব্যথা দূর করার রয়েছে দারুণ কিছু উপায়। সাধারণ ২ টি জুস পানের ফলে নিমেষে দূর হয়ে যাবে মাইগ্রেনের মারাত্মক মাথাব্যথা। চলুন তবে জেনে নেয়া যাক সেই দুটি পানীয় সম্পর্কে।
১) ব্রকলি, গাজর ও আপেলের পানীয়।
উপকরণঃ
– ছোট আকারের ব্রকলির ৮ ভাগের ১ ভাগ
– ২ টি মাঝারি আকারের গাজর
– ১ টি আপেল
পদ্ধতিঃ
– ব্রকলি, আপেল ও গাজর ছোটো ছোটো খণ্ড করে ব্লেন্ডারে সামান্য পানি দিয়ে ব্লেন্ড করে নিন ভালো করে।
– মিহি ব্লেন্ড করে ছেঁকে নিতে পারেন। প্রয়োজন না পড়লে ছেঁকে নেয়ার দরকার নেই।
– এতে মেশান ১ চিমচি লবণ ও ১ চিমটি বিট লবণ। এবার এই পানীয় পান করে নিন। অনেক দ্রুত ভালো ফল পাবেন।
২) লেবুর রস, মধু ও আপেল সিডার ভিনেগারের পানীয়।
উপকরণঃ
– ২ চা চামচ আপেল সিডার ভিনেগার
– ১ গ্লাস পানি
– ১ চা চামচ মধু
– ১ চা চামচ লেবুর রস
পদ্ধতিঃ
– ১ গ্লাস পানিতে আপেল সিডার ভিনেগার ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিন।
– ভিনেগার মিশে গেলে এতে, মধু ও লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে নিন ভালো করে।
– এই পানীয় মাইগ্রেনের ব্যথা শুরু হলে দিনে ২-৩ বার পান করুন। মাইগ্রেনের ব্যথা দূর হবে খুব দ্রুত।
