Mudassar Javid a member of the writing team for the student white paper on Climate Leadership in schools says one of their recommendations is for students to gain more of a voice on what they learn: "In terms of our advisory committees we want to make sure that students feel they actually have a voice and there is not a sense of pessimism. This first begins with a student body within our school board and it fully expands on to a provincial level where we can communicate with the ministers," said Javid. This 10.78 kW solar system is mounted on a large rack structure
designed to securely hold the 44 ISOFOTON 245-watt solar panels. The electricity captured by the panels is converted from DC to AC by two large SMA inverters, which were selected to maximize the amount of power produced by this new solar photovoltaic array.
