Free spirited, earthy, natural but with the perfect amount of attitude and style . . . Soho Boho has an earthy floral print on a crinkle cotton knit. It is serged with natural thread, snapped in rust, and has a paprika cotton velour inside.

there was some lovely late autumn sunlight in London last Thursday - I picked roads where I'd be walking into it - and shots where whatever editing I did, it had to be to the whole frame, which meant I took very few...
As I strolled through Soho, I spotted a handsomely dressed gentleman lingering near the grocery shop. While tempted to capture his portrait, the surroundings lacked intrigue, so I opted not to disturb him. However, my attention soon shifted to an alluring classic red car located in a captivating spot, and I aimed to capture a shot of it. While I was trying to get a shot of the car, the well-dressed man approached and ask if I would like to get a good shot. Despite not having shot staged portraits in years, I swiftly recognized his belonging to the scene. He proved to be an excellent model, knowing exactly what to do.

I liked the texture of this street (Greene Street) in the SoHo neighborhood of lower Manhattan in New York City.
Test shot from the Soho shoot with Vicky. I'll post one of the final shots later, but thought this one might make a decent HFF posting in the meantime.

Photographed using Olympus OM1 35mm film camera. I processed this image in my homemade attic darkroom all these years ago, recently converted the negative to digital and removed some dust marks and scratches in photoshop.
I enjoyed a fab night out in Soho this week with a wonderful bunch of girls. Here we all are, causing mayhem in an Italian restaurant, and most definitely frightening the tourists!! I met up with a lot of old friends (including the fabulous Jen Paltrow, down from Scotland)., and made some new friends as well!

More pics to come of a wonderful night out!!!!
Referring to the area south of Hollywood Road, SoHo is the multicultural wine, dine and swanky nightlife side of Central. The upmarket bars and exotic restaurants of SoHo’s historic and narrow streets are chic to the extreme.
Come during the day to explore the neighbourhoods attractive fashion boutiques, art galleries and antiques shops. Indulge in lunch and a glass of vino or hang around for sundown, when SoHo really comes into its own.
