This is a rake of pristine Sod Turf Wagons at Cloonkeen Co.Galway one of only 3 locations still using these wagons for the transport of sod turf.
This is in Sanborn, Minnesota, just about 20 minutes east of Walnut Grove. The McCone family built and furnished a couple of sod houses on their farmland, which they've opened to the public. The exhibit was featured on the History Channel a few years back. It's a GREAT place.
Thanks to the godawful William Sutton Homes residents of the flats on the right have to bring their rubbish round the block and down the street from the tree in the distance to the gap in the hedge on the right.
Thank you William Sutton Homes. What a nice way to treat the OAPs in the block! It is completely unsatisfactory for the rest of us as well.
