Daily walk through the seaside village of Edgewood, RI. Closed shops, restaurants and parks that are usually filled with people. An empty gazebo. Teddy bears are spotted in many windows

Phase three continues. Many do not follow the rules of Governor Raimondo. Storefront and office doors warn about wearing facial coverings. Liquor store sales are up 45%. Office lunches are done with social distancing and masks. PPE debris continues to accumulate on streets. Some teenagers comply with proper facial coverings. Coronavirus case numbers are starting to increase. An older physician continues to work despite the risks.
