After uploading: www.flickr.com/photos/79387036@N07/48702724866/in/datepos..., I forgot that I had my action cam (YI4K) on the same area. This clip shows a wider field perspective (2nd strike). The 1st strike was a luck catch since I had just turned on my camera when it occurred.
I slowed the action 10x.

I bought my wife a new point and shoot camera for Christmas. Little did I know that this thing can shoot 120fps video! So I did some playing around with it last night just for fun :-)
Yeah I am a 41 year old kid..so what!

The trampoline was moving at least 81 MPH during the first second that it was visible. The furthest row of plants is 120 feet from the edge of my house. The trampoline traveled at least another 60 feet before hitting the ground 1.6 seconds from first visibility in the clip.
My next door neighbor who cleaned up the mess (landed on his property), thought that the trampoline weighed about 100 pounds.
I have not had time to get out to get photos between school, work, and everything else.. I am probably going out to Tagish this weekend though, so we will see how it goes. :)

The last weekend in April and Gemma was visiting yet again - we had a great time in April!
We had a gorgeous dinner out at a lovely country pub called the Ferguson Fawcitt in a village called Walkington, and went for a little wander around the village and the pond.
On the evening we ate well again - back at Cognac for more amazing French food, then on to an 80s night at Humber Social down Humber Street, which was a busy 80s gig!
