Blue and yellow feathers for Sliders Sunday.
Recently a lot of people posted blue and yellow images and I thought I hadn't got anything in the house in these colours. But I came across my coloured feathers and decided to pick the blue and the yellow and manipulate the background a little.
Not sure if it helps the Ukrainian people at all if I post such a picture but I guess it says "we are with you"
A great woman, worldwide known as "HM the Queen", has left this world.
May she be accompanied by wonderful flowers on her last journey into another World where she can rest in peace ....

I spotted these elegant tiger lilies on a neighbourhood walk. They were growing next to the sidewalk which was a real treat for me. I took the image to Topaz Studio for editing and applied an impressionism filter for Sliders Sunday. HSS!

Ice skating is very popular in my city and you should have seen this girl zipping around on the frozen duck pond. Edited with colour manipulation and line effect in Topaz Studio for Sliders Sunday. HSS!

Just some virus art. The lockdown does not affect my lifestyle, i bitterly seldom leave the house anyway. But i do miss my kids and grandkids. My chronic sinusitis is starting to flare up into the sinus infection i get once or twice every year. I'm not going near a doctor's office now though. Will phone my doc Monday morning, hope she will fax a script for my usual meds for sinus infection, to the pharmacy. Then my husband can just go pick it up. These days if you go into a hospital or doctor's office, you may walk out with something extra, so i'm staying away.
This photo was taken in 1899 and shows my Great Great Aunt Clarissa at home and strutting her version of Harry Randall's music hall classic 'Waltzing on the Crown Decoration', the inspiration behind Lionel Ritchie's 'Dancing on the Ceiling' which emerged many years later. HSS!

🐻 ...I used this glass ducky as a kind of boat. Untortunately I had an accident and the glass ducky broke its neck. Could repair it but please do not tell her ... was not allowed to play with this glass ducky, but it was great fun !

My daughter used to live in the backyard cottage of people who own this gorgeous German Shepherd, Luca. She is now living somewhere else, but we both still miss dear Luca. Such a magnificent and very sweet dog.
Hello Everyone!
Manitoba is besieged with sub-zero temps (currently it's -33C/-27F) and so I went hog wild with an iris in hopes to warm myself up! )0: I used an impressionism/abstract filter, and saturated the colours. Lots of slide pulling for this one! Hope you enjoy the results of my playtime! HSS!
