Saw this beautify on the way to lunch yesterday. I can always count on seeing something interesting at this one garage in the Northwest heights of Albuquerque.
I shot this at the Lake Afton Grand Prix, an SCCA sanctioned race in 1974. This slide, like so many of the shots I took during the race, was a much wider image and not very sharply focused. So, it's ended up as another "project" slide. I have to keep reminding myself that these slides were shot 48 years ago and I didn't have the lenses you really need to get great shots of a race like this. But after some tweaking. . .Not too bad for almost half a century ago!

A burst of color for a gloomy grey day. Good things are right around the corner. (Right? There has to be something good coming .... soon.... I hope!)
Happy Sliders Sunday Sunset!
