Went to a local car show with my last roll of Kentmere 400, loaded into the Nikon FA with Micronikkor 105 f2.8. Lots of fun looking at the cool cars and talking with the owners on what they'd done. Also had some time in the woods of the local park as well; short time but luckily had the FA with me. Thanks to the flickeranians who continue to inspire!

Colmado 1917 ha sofert canvis aquest estiu. En Lluís, la persona que s’en ha estat ocupant els darrers anys, ho va deixar per a muntar els seu propi negoci, i la titularitat ha aprofitat per a remodelar l’espai d’aquest petit establiment i reorientar la seva oferta.
Pel que fa a l’espai, aquest ha sofert una transformació molt positiva. En primer lloc, han desaparegut la porta i les barreres de l’entrada i l’establiment queda completament obert des del carrer, la qual cosa incrementa la ventilació i també la sensació d’amplitud. I pel que fa a l’interior, ha desaparegut la barra alta que hi havia i que exercia de barrera i ha quedat substituïda per una illa de treball, més baixa i més ample, que també exerceix de barra i ofereix una nova dimensió a aquell petit espai, que ara sembla molt més gran. La veritat és que tot el conjunt ha quedat molt bé.
I pel que fa al mam i la teca, tota la seva oferta prové de la relació directa amb elaboradors artesans d’arreu de la geografia hispana, sempre cercant productes singulars, respectuosos amb la tradició, buscant la autenticitat i la sostenibilitat, i de la màxima qualitat. I donem fe de que és així. Tot el que vam poder tastar en aquesta recent incursió transpirava qualitat i autenticitat i, en aquest sentit, el considerem un establiment absolutament recomanable per a tot aquell que vulgui fugir de mitjanies i accedir al millor de cada casa. Quan vam anar, la seva oferta encara estava en vies de creixement i consolidació i es possible que quan surtin a la llum aquestes línies, s’hagi vist incrementada. Anirem veient com evoluciona en els pròxims mesos, però la cosa, ara mateix, ja pinta molt bé.
El que més ens va agradar: la qualitat de l’oferta i la singularitat i encant d’un lloc tan petit

Here is freefrorm peyote bracelet. It is not freeform in size, but in the bead color. I wanted to make something unusual "Singular" and I loved the contrast of the blue/green beads against the brass colored beads.

This piece is an image of a family of symbols all of humanity is acquainted with. However, there is highly esoteric knowledge in some of the information available today that gives us a deeper understanding of these symbols and the source of their true commonality through the ancient science of Sacred Geometry, the “language of origin” for much of the world’s religious and esoteric symbology. The “Cross”, the “Ankh”, and the “Pax” symbol are all actually representations of the same thing – the ancient Egyptian esoteric practices that had, as their ultimate goal the actual, technical process and experience of Resurrection. This was, after all, the process that Jesus modeled in his experience on this planet approximately 2000 years ago.
