Shot into the quickly disappearing sun, this single strand of wild grass caught my eye. I was hoping for some lens flare, but y'know, the bokeh ain't that bad either...
Found this in a folder on my computer. I took it sometime last week and hadn't uploaded it yet. I wasn't going to either, but I decided I liked it enough.
I think this may actually be my new favorite.
I'm not quite sure what happened to the father here or if wood duck fathers don't stick around but I haven't seen him since the little ones were born.
In August 2016, my sister made a long-awaited return home to Nepal after two decades of working abroad. Her arrival sparked a joyous reunion as family members celebrated her homecoming and reminisced about the years spent apart. Eager to make the most of our time together, we organized a family picnic at atop Eastern hills, Pokhara called "Tiger Top" during the vibrant summer season. I captured a picture during this golden moment, symbolizing the significance of trees in the ecosystem.
