With the main body structured with metal frame, the skin and flesh are made up of foam and silicon rubber. University of Gloucestershire Oxstalls campus held a major incident simulation codenamed Operation Blizzard.
This critical incident saw students from various courses working alongside each other following a mock terrorist attack on a Christmas market.

There were three major simulations. This patient had a broken femur. Not pictured was his climbing partner. He tripped and fell and got a stick impaled in his calf.
