Someone fired off a pretty cool sign at Red Rock Coffee in Mountain View, California.
This building is now the home of Patagonia Sportswear. Originally built in 1892 for the San Juan Hardware Company, Tomkins Cristy came along in 1896. They occupied the building until 1923 or 1924. The Tomkins Cristy ghost sign persists.
This is a sign in sheet for the wedding guest book. Hand made, organically grown, sustainably harvested abaca paper. Silk paper binding, lace, gold metallic thread for the lines to sign in, vellum, printed lettering, distressing and eyelets.

Went to Palmer Lake to pick up an item we left over the weekend. On the way out of my folks' neighborhood I saw their heron at the local pond and tried to get a shot of him. Trying for a couple of years now, but no joy on a close up. As I was walking away this guy flew by and I got a grab shot of him. This is dedicated to my buddy Marty who asked where the birds in my stream have gone. Here's one for ya Marty.

Very kooky business sign I saw in Madison, Wisconsin. I wonder what the octopus part of the sign is made from?
St Alphage House is a 1960s tower built in London Wall as one of 6 built in the International style. Only 3 now remain, and this is due for demolition soon.
KINGSPORT — A new Civil War sign has been erected at the confluence of the South Fork of the Holston River — describing the December 1864 Battle of Kingsport on the site of the Rotherwood Mansion.
The sign details the Battle of Kingsport — a one-day Civil War skirmish between Union and Confederate forces in the fields surrounding the Rotherwood Mansion. The sign includes a map of the battle, pictures of the generals involved, and a brief description of the battle.
Kingsport worked with a Virginia-based nonprofit organization — Civil War Trails — to erect the sign in October after learning of the chance to do so at a conference held back in March.
