A sign at Appleton Farms in Ipswich, MA, just as a storm rolls in.

Middlesboro, Kentucky. The sign is new within the past two years. It has neon as well as incandescent lights but they don't show well in full daylight. The signs design is a blast from the past.
I've had three trips to shoot this and it never seems bright enough--maybe a skyscraper blocks the light or something? and this time the neon wasn't all lit...but it's still great, and I believe the AIA Guide to Twin Cities Architecture lists it (along with the Grain Belt beer sign and former White Castle [in my Minneapolis set], among other delights)
I saw this attractive welcome sign on the pier in Willemstad, Curacao.
It was nice having the lady there.
I have to admit I faked this photo. I was tired of white storm skies so I gave this sign a blue sky background.
Morgan Heights, between Devils Elbow and St Robert, Missouri

The first Little Caesars restaurant in Garden City, Michigan. This location was opened on May 8, 1959. The strip mall it is located in has gone downhill and the restaurant has remodeled over the years too. This Little Caesars looked like this at one time, but I don't think the photo is the original look of this location.

Sign for Inner Space Cavern, Georgetown, Texas. I think the name reflects that it was discovered in the 1960's.
The blossoms are so lush this year it's astounding. But inhere has been a tremendous amount of rain as well. I guess you can't have everything!
