April 2004 and I get my Lambretta GP back from Absolutely in Sheffield. Sprayed in the colours of the Gulf Ford Le Mans team I have still to build the scooter up. Unfortunately in that time a couple of identical scooters have appeared on the scene.

another view with the matching side panel, although technically this is the proper sidepanel for the commando tank and not the Interstate. The bike is considered a standard Commando.
The tank is sitting at a funny angle because I just have rags under it to protect the finish until I get the proper mounts.

The large bench for the leading citizens was constructed in about 1595 from the choir stalls, which date from 1420/1425.
The original choir stalls, at that time set up in the Choir, were used as seats for the canons of the Chapter, that was connected to the church from 1303 until the Reformation (1572). The wood carvings on the panels of both sides are among the oldest and most beautiful in the country.

finally finished the tank, its not pro, but I am very happy with it. Took about 4 tries of paint then strip it off again and repeat until we got it this good. I really like the silver trim as opposed to the gold finish. Ill wait about a month for the clear to really harden, then do a final buffing.
After these shots were taken, I wrapped up the tank and sidepanels and stuffed them in a very safe spot.

The number and quality of its paintings are outstanding. Also worthy of mention is the Gothic church of Sant Joan (end of the 14th century), along with two civil buildings - Çò de Paulet House and Portolá House, both from the 16th century.
On the edge of arties there are some baths with waters rich in sulphur and two springs. In the village you will also find an open-air recreation area, home to two bears that live in a protected, marked area. For fishing lovers, the Garona River and the lakes around the village are ideal.

Originally from Minnesota USA and last registered there 1987. It's going to be, as always with me, a case of getting it running and tidying it up, etc, I do not have the facilities or funds for a full restoration and anyway, let it bear it's battle scars with pride, parts will be cleaned and refurbished where I feel necessary, replaced if there's no option so new tyres and tubes, needs a winker relay that works and a new r/h sidepanel if I can find one, also some cables are good but some not so good. New tacho and clutch cable minimum, and of course a battery. other parts remain to be determined. Does it run, no, not yet. I have a horrible feeling it's seized, but was not sold to me as such so if it there's going to be trouble for someone.
