Dennis Trident with converted Alexander ALX400 bodywork at Chesterfield railway station Derbyshire May 2024. On loan from Stagecoach Devon to help out on the seasonal 'Peak Sightseer' route network. However, on an alternative duty where it provided a free shuttle service to/from a Real Ale Festival held at the Barrow Hill Roundhouse.
It's always nice to catch one of the regular fleet working something a bit different and here the best liveried Trident in Plymouth takes its turn to shuttle some more graduates & parents to wherever they are going to.
I deliberately cropped out a car to the right to tidy the image, pleasingly the lady with the shopping bags appeared next to the bus just to add something extra to the image.
This is a small electric shuttle bus to transport people between the parking garage and the hospital of the UMC Utrecht. It's a Bringo LPM-4, more or less a golf cart with doors.

NY Waterway operates some of the ferries on Manhattan's West End that connect to Jersey. These International RE buses make up the bulk of their bus fleet, which is used as a shuttle service to supplement the ferry and services many stops on popular MTA routes in midtown.
We stayed for our 3rd time during January 2016 at the memorable and ideally located Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel, Deluxe Room. Good airport shuttle connections, efficient and friendly service, good food/drinks offerings and of course large rooms make this hotel before/after a flight from/to DUB highly recommended. Of note, while the shuttle service from the airport is complimentary, the same service from the hotel to the airport is 2 Euros per person. Overall, highly recommended.
Fleet number 423 was seen on the University of Edinburgh Shuttle at the Central Area Campus terminus at Bristo Square prior to another trip to The King’s Buildings. This charter arrangement for the University of Edinburgh operates in term time only and is restricted to staff and students, who travel free. The Science and Engineering Campus at The King’s Buildings is about two miles south and the shuttle supplements the southern end of Lothian’s route 41. The bus was new to Lothian in 2014. It must have been on a shuttle service between here and Wood Green Station. Not sure of the event. It is only a few years after the Palace had been severely damaged by fire, 10th July 1980.
The bus is outside the East end of the Palace, base of the tower where the BBCs first official broadcast of TV emitted from in 1936. I believed this escaped fire damage.

New Bombardier / GAC KC class KC200 is seen emerging from Portmarnock Golf Club buring the Carrolls Irish Open. Several new KC class were allocated to the shuttle to the nearby Sutton railway station. KC200 , along with 197-199, 201-203 were the final 8 built and were initially alocated to DART feeder services. At the time KC200 was Donnybrook based, and the Portmarnock area would have been well outside the Donnybrook area.

I'm not overly keen on shots of buses at rallies, but this one serves the purpose of illustrating the way we liveried the Alexander 'W type' AEC Swift in the previous posting. JPF 103K is seen here 60/70 miles from base on the forecourt of the Severn Valley Railway's Kidderminster station whilst taking part in operating the shuttles associated with the once popular October bus rally.

A former Nottingham Atlantean at work in Edinburgh, on a shuttle service to Deep Sea World in North Queensferry. Unlike many similar vehicles in the Guide Friday fleet, this one retained its roof.

For many, the star of the Express Motors fleet is their open top Bristol VR UVW 622S. Once again this year the bus has made it's annual appearance on a shuttle service linking the Ffestiniog Railway's 'Harbour' station, the Welsh Highland Railway (1964)'s operation, the Cambrian Coast line at the other end of town and the Pont Croesor railhead where the majority of the 'big' Welsh Highland trains terminate. Twice a day the service diverts to serve the holiday parks at Morfa Bychan (Black Rock Sands area) and it was returning from there that this picture was taken.
I'd seen the top of bus approaching in the distance over the trees, but thoroughly expected the little group of walkers who'd shown up out of nowhere to louse it up after all the planning! ... Luckily ....
