The central streets of Manchester are closed off to normal buses (after morning rush hour); the only buses that can use some streets are the free "Metroshuttle" ones.
They manage this by giving these buses the ability to lower strategically placed bollards at junctions, allowing the buses to procede. However, on Saturday, the bollards weren't working. No bollards = no bus service (on these streets at least)
Addie, a Junior at Georgia College and a resident of Magnolia Park, considers the answers provided by representatives from the college and apartment complex. GCSU argued a fiscal case at the meeting, while Magnolia Park insisted that it was the school's obligation to students to provide safe transit from any housing to campus and back.

If you have to leave your brand new SUV at one of the remote G-lots, there are shuttle buses to take you to the HQ.
After I reached a 3-star rating in Krustyland and got the blue shuttle bus stop, whenever I visit a friend's KL their bus stop also has the blue awning even though it's obvious their rating is still only 1 or 2 stars. And those whose KL appears complete (4 or 5 stars) don't show the orange bus stop. Confusing.
