set at 0.8 and the Fstop set at 3.5

The shutter speed was set very low as well as the appature to collect all the light from the fast moving truck which is why all you see is the movement of the light.

Bella Vega-Victoriano running parallel on a rainy day outside of Manzanita Hall. This photo was taken with a shutter speed of 1/15 and photoshop was used to lower the brightness and exposure.

This is a example of shutter speed medium 1/400. What I did for this picture , I had Unique throw the water against the lockers and I got a better picture of the water.
