This guy put on quite a show. Enjoyed every second as I rarely see these. A Lesser Yellowlegs enjoying the beautiful November morning.
Vermont Railway's southbound NPWJ nears Bradford, VT with VTR 307 leading a short 4 car train for White River Junction. Here the train is about to duck under the old tell-tales and wooden bridge outside town. With good track and decent sun for most of its journey, it was much needed redemption from my failed chase on the New Hampshire Northcoast.
In what is without a doubt one of my best days of shooting this year, ECT leads a WNYP storage train east of Corry PA with a foamers dream lashup of MLW and Alco products. As the foamers came into view ECT was kind enough to give us a grand smoke show which completed a awesome scene!
In the Aylett Garden Centre you can visit a show "Butterfly Corner" with a lot of exotic butterflies.

It was sunset right after the Encore Melaka show but I didn't get any good pics of the fiery sunset or blue hour. Walked around the building and took this when the sky had already turned dark. Quite like the people in this as they give scale and more interest to the architectural scene.
Orchid Show time is approaching but I don't believe we'll have it this year.

Missouri Botanical Garden Orchid Show, St. Louis, Missouri
What an amazing show last night. This was my first time capturing a multi colored northern lights. I would have to say that this one was impressive.
Smaug the Bearded Dragon loves to watch Fantastic Mr. Fox or maybe just his caretaker thinks so. I don't know what was happening but it was a photo I couldn't resist taking.
The dragon was watching this show for a long time. There was no way to tell if Smaug was enjoying the story or not.
Drone show at Han river in Seoul. Never saw one of those before. Interesting but probably better for video than photography.

The Rainbow Lorikeet was abundant around Sydney until the late 19th century, but was rare in Sydney between then and 1950. It is now highly abundant again across Sydney.
Identification
The Rainbow Lorikeet is unmistakable with its bright red beak and colourful plumage. Both sexes look alike, with a blue (mauve) head and belly, green wings, tail and back, and an orange/yellow breast. They are often seen in loud and fast-moving flocks, or in communal roosts at dusk.
1960 Morris Minor 1000 Pickup
We don't see Morris Minor on the streets over here. Occasionally I see one in car shows, but I've never seen a Pickup Truck.
Morris Minor have a special place for me. When I was a kid and lived in England in the late 50's, we owned a Morris Minor woody station wagon. Neat car!

Semi-tame feral birds are common in parks, and have become a pest in some areas. It is now proven that most Scandinavian and some British birds have established a migration pattern. The geese were first introduced in Britain in the late 17th century as an addition to King James II's waterfowl collection in St. James's Park. Finally, Canada Geese were introduced as a game bird into New Zealand, but they have also become a problem in some areas there. note the mess left behind by groups of Canada Geese make some parks etc a mess to walk around!
