Another slide restoration that took a bit of time.
It's from Summer 1980 but could really be at any point from the 1950s onwards, such shows seemed unchanging in villages and towns across the UK.

The James R. Barker arrives under the Duluth Aerial Lift Bridge while belching a wild amount of smoke. The ship also put on a ridiculously long horn show - talk bout an entertaining entrance.

I don’t often photograph people’s pets but these four were so well behaved and friendly I just couldn’t resist a quick snap. Photographed at the Honley Show in 2025.
