Is it 2024, or 1984? On the Kominato Railway, there's little distinction. The railway operates three KiHa 40 Series DMU's, one of which is still painted in the original, Showa era, JNR (Japanese National Railways) Limited Express paint scheme. Add to that a plethora of other classic rolling stock and infrastructure at their base in Goi, and it really is like stepping into a time capsule. It's kind of crazy you can get here by train in just over 1.5 hours from the bustling streets of Shinjuku.

台南的鯨吞燒，是我吃過最好吃的串燒之一，全店均使用備長木炭，肉類只有燒雞而沒有豬牛羊，師傅們都是用心的慢慢的用心調理，連燒蘑菇也是極其美味。
在台灣其中一件快事，就是不難找到很多很便宜的日本菜，很多可能只是香港的一半價錢；相比起被飲食集團佔據的香港，日本師傅自家經營的小店，風味往往更正宗。而這一類小店/居酒屋，別說狹小的香港，可能在本土東京也愈來愈找地方生存，搬了去銀座六本木的高級商場，就已經不是同一回事了。
