The tide was out so took advantage to have a go at some late afternoon long exposures, bright and moody day with the clouds overhead and sun trying it's best to ruin the exposure although making use of this during processing, a moody sky and a pretty windy day all in all a fabulous day...
The P&O Azura, the P&O Ventura, and the Royal Princess are in Antigua. Looks like the Princess ship is parked all wonky! :)

The Fluvius Plym is a general cargo ship built in the Netherlands in 1998 and is Norwegian owned, she sails under the flag of Bahamas.

Das Segelschiff, ein Viermaster, wurde 3 Jahre in der Peters Werft Wewelsfleth für 38 Millionen Euro restauriert und am Montag nach Hamburg in den Museumshafen geschleppt
Die "Peking" wurde 1911 bei Blohm+Voss gebaut, umsegelte Kap Hoorn und lag zuletzt in New York

The "Peking" was built by Blohm + Voss in 1911, sailed around Cape Horn and was last in New York

This ship is the 'Kalmar Nyckel' a replica of the original, built in 1997.
The original was a Swedish ship, built by the Dutch in the early 1600s. It brought Swedish settlers to America in 1638.
The name means 'Key of Kalmar'.

Lodged at the end of the Seacliff State Beach fishing pier in Aptos, California, the ship was built from reinforced concrete to serve as an oil tanker at the end of World War I.

Viking Ship Museum, Oslo
The museum is most famous for the completely whole Oseberg ship, excavated from the largest known ship burial in the world.
Taken on the beach amongst the chaos of the Chittagong shipbreakng yards. Truly amazing and humbling to see these massive vessels stripped down piece by piece with very little infrastructure other than hard working local labor.
