The focus of today's photograph was a mundane yet essential kitchen tool: the fork. While countless images of forks exist, this one captures my unique perspective. I honed in on the elegant curvature formed by its lines, crafting an abstract yet gratifying image. Lost in the process, time seemed to slip away unnoticed as I delved into capturing the beauty of this everyday object. I encourage others to explore this simple yet rewarding subject. To achieve the desired effect, I utilized my Godox AD 200 Pro in TTL mode, complemented by a blue filter to infuse the image with a chilly hue.

Today, I felt inspired to capture the gleam of something shiny. Opting to emphasize specular highlights, I directed my lens toward a steak knife resting on the reflective surface of my instant pot lid. Employing an AD 200 pro equipped with a yellow filter at 1/16 power alongside a Canon 580 EXII at 1/8 power without a filter, I meticulously crafted the shot. Opting for my zoom lens, I ensured to maintain a distance, mindful of my reflection appearing in the frame. Post in PS.
