I couldn't believe that there was a queue to get on sharp edge. damn you gryff rhys jones!

Was just messing around, was surprised how sharp this turned out considering 1/25 shutter with 250mm focal length. Way beyond the 1/focal length - guideline.

They are a bit villainous, but it's hard not to respect these amazingly quick hawks. They are just starting to return from up north.

This house was built at the junction where the Stroudwater canal crossed the larger Sharpness to Gloucester canal for the official who collected tolls from vessels passing from one canal to the other and who opened the foot-bridge over the Gloucester Canal.
