Another one of D&AD's briefs part of their Twitter Annual was to advertise Shark Week, here is the design I produced in Photoshop.
Since today shark week began - Bruce joined us at Disneyland and was thrilled to see if he could find Nemo ;)
A 12ft+ female great white shark off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa; just a few hundred meters from Seal Island. The photo was shot at a shutter speed of 1/800 of a sec and is the first in a series of three.

I actually had another "big idea" for a picture, but I'm still working it out in my head. Instead, I decided to do something simple with one of my mom's scarves. I love scarves; they're pretty and can be brightly-colored, or sparkly, and soft. Nothing is more reminiscent of being a kid and playing dress-up to me.
Maybe I'll do one of those "theme weeks" I've heard so much about, and go through my mom's scarf collection. It'll be like shark week, but with less teeth. No, I do indeed have my full set of teeth, it's just that sharks have THREE sets of teeth. So there you go. Like shark week, with less teeth. But apparently the same amount of shark trivia.

Mmmmm ok thought these were meh at first but then when I took them out - Wow they're chocolate cups with ice cream - so ya got them for 75% off too :D

My beautiful girl is not very pleased with me these days.....And that 4lb ball of ferociousness is definitely to blame. We added a 5th and final dog to the pack, Basil a mini aussie who I'd dubbed Shark Week. My puppy tubes are officially tied, doused in gasoline and set aflame. She only endured this because I ordered her to stay, she jumps and runs when he comes within 2 feet of her normally. She was such a mother to Zya at this age but she wants nothing to do with poor evil Sharkweek.
