With valentines day approaching these two praire dogs share some flowers

Terry O'Neil sharing a phone pic with the wife of Doug Kirkland. Terry is a 60's photographer who made his name and a lifetime career starting with photographing the Beatles, then the Rolling Stones and moving on to many of the worlds most famous stars.

Although, when talking about the stars he’d photographed, he said that. unlike his friend Doug Kirkland, he’d never photographed Marilyn Monroe!

The Argiope Spider and Vinegar Flies may have been sharing the meal, but the spider not pleased. When a fly tried to feed from her mouth she rattled her web and kicked her legs. The flies came back unperturbed.

Isn't that the greatest friendship bedween dogs ...

Maybe is almost 7 year, Qorbie almost 4 years old (young), but sometimes they act like puppies :-)

It's sure to be argued one way or another, but I think it is more fun to share shots.

Jinjur and Scrappy share a slice of bacon.

Afghan National Army soldier Taza Khan hands a bag of beef jerky to a local boy, injured by an improvised explosive device, while patrolling with U.S. Marines from 3rd Platoon, Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment during Operation Tageer Shamal (Shifting Winds) in Helmand province, Jan. 5. Over the past few years, Afghan and coalition forces have operated side by side, driving insurgents from the green zones, or populated areas, of the districts in southern Helmand. The few enemy fighters that remain from a decidedly weak insurgency have moved to the outskirts of these districts where, until now, the presence of the partnered forces has been minimal. With the start of this operation, Afghan forces and Marines with 3/3 moved to the outskirts of Garmsir district along the western side of the Helmand River, clearing the area of insurgent activity, weapons and improvised explosive device-making materials. I think I could do more here, but nothing's coming to me, possibly later.

While walking the 1.2 mile boardwalk trail through Six Mile Cypress Slough in Fort Myers, FL, we stopped at one of the ponds and I spotted these turtles sharing space on this stump. The reflection was so good that I couldn't resist taking a picture.

I don't know why, but the cats are willing to share the top of the cat pole with the kittens. If you will recall I have posted quite a few shots of my cats disagreeing about who has ownership of the "top" of the cat pole.

Lately, it is quite a common sight to see at least one kitten and sometimes two or even three piled on the top of the cat pole with one of my big cats. The big cats tolerate it quite well too.

A special co-worker never got to see the old cat, so I drove by to say 'hi' and thank him for being a great human being. I'm sure he enjoyed it.

I know its cold for some of you.. so i am sharing the love from Florida! The azaleas here dont know whats going on.. one day its cold (50 degrees...lol) and the next it warms up... so some of them blume early. Some pay per view gardens here that are famous for azaleas will actually put ice around the base of the bush so the azaleas dont blume until a certain week when tourist show up.

1932 Leica 11 and long expired Fujifilm Reala 500D movie film, bought this bulk roll cheap on E-Bay, I think someone must have opened the tin at some point as nearly every shot has a light leak, I removed the remjet layer first using washing soda ( 100 gms to 1 Litre of 35C water) then developed it in ECN-2 chemistry bought from Moscow.
