The shade on her face is problematic, but I still like it because of the light triangle between her eyes and the two shadows on the right adding depth.

Many trees grow over the path to some degree, creating lots of shade.
I have been aware of this park for many years, and finally on May 7, 2011, made my first visit. It parallels state Route 52; traffic on the highway can be heard while one is in the park, but once past the entrance, the traffic is not seen.
It's a great walk; mostly flat with reasonably good surfaces, and lots of photographic opportunities. I'll definitely be going back.

The shade bed is maturing well this year - especially without the pagoda tree which dominated it until late last summer. There's quite a few other trees in there though - just waiting to get going, but they're hopefully a little less all-encompassing.
