Amscot All You Need is Love

By far the newest bus at Alford, and one of the newest and most sophisticated buses currently in preservation, is K1 GRT, the first articulated bus to be bought by Grampian Transport (later to grow into First), and the only articulated bus ever bodied in Scotland.

My husband and I took Jackson to the mall yesterday evening...it is an open air mall that is dog friendly. As we walked around, we found this dog statue. Let's just say that Jackson was VERY intersted in it (hey, he's a friendly dog). He was sniffing, and sniffing, and when he wasn't getting a response, he began to bark at the statue. EVERYONE walking around started laughing at him...echoes of laughter around us (my husband and I included). I am so glad that Jackson doesn't get his feelings hurt by being laughed at!

After a few minutes, we decided that maybe it was mean to let him continue to be frustrated, and walked away. But believe me, we will go back and do this again next time I need a good laugh :)

Amscot All You Need is Love, working dog

This lil guy decided to visit while I was having lunch. He was a really nice looking dog, however he was in desperate need of a bath, and had some kind of paint or something on his fur haha. Either way he was happy to run around and get into mischief.

Boomer waits in the corner of the kitchen closest to the biscuit jar. I know what is on his mind, he is wishing for treats. For this photo I just set the camera on the floor and guessed at the composition.

Sporting Group: The Irish Setter is a high-spirited gundog known for grace, swiftness, and a flashy red coat. They are famously good family dogs: sweet-tempered companions for the folks, and rollicking playmates and tennis-ball fetchers for the children. The Irish Setter has been described by its partisans as the most beautiful of dog breeds.

jackson was very curious about this similar yet very different looking dog...it seems as though a paintball gun had gotten the best of it. he then looked at us to try to make sure the same fate would not happen to him!
