This is a Athearn 65' mill gon with some improvements although it's not 100% complete, it's damn close. The interior isn't weathered yet, that area is where most of the work remains. Prior to painting, the draftgear was replaced with scratch built scale boxes which can't really be seen in these two views, Sergent type E couplers installed, hand formed cut levers with brass brackets. trainline with brass brackets and 0.020" rod added for the brake pipe. Four tow loops were added per side, two vatical and two horizontal, plastic grab irons were replaced with hand formed wire grabs and purposely bent to represent the era the car is modeled for which is MofW service through the 90's into the 2000's. A refined Kadee brake wheel also replaced the the stock wheel, ExactRail 70 ton trucks with .088 wheel sets top off the rest of needed appliances. For painting, a grey primer was used for prepping then Oxcide Red primer was used for the actual color to help with weathering effects and aging. Assorted Microscale Decals for data were used along with the standard issue Southern hopper/gondola set. Weathering has been done by hand with Pan Pastels and artist pens.

An Abandoned Mine Shaft set for my Minecraft theme. I'm thinking about selling these models until if they even are) made into official sets.
Next to an abandoned cabin on Squirrel Lake is this chair next to the remains of a fire pit surrounded by some fencing. When it was being used it must have been charming and quite isolated. All the other cabins are decades newer.
So I'm trying to convince a friend of mine to start making Blythe clothes and start her own Etsy shop! She's an amazing seamstress... she currently makes plushes, cloth dolls. She's been selling some of her Blythe outfits at our regular Seattle Blythe Meets, but have not been selling them online.
She's made some of the best things I have... she's also done a Siamese twin/Wednesday Adams dress for a friend's Goldies...
Her website is www.devoutdolls.com her name is Sara ^_^

I received the LA LE Jasmine and Aladdin set today, Friday June 14, 2019. I bought it from Disney Store UK when it was released on May 28, 2019, and saved over $300 versus getting if from the US site. It was shipped double boxed, and was delivered by USPS. The outer box was damaged, and the packing tape loose on top, but the inner box was in perfect shape, as was the doll box and the dolls themselves. The carton was #161 of 505, and the Certificate of Authenticity was #376 of 750. The set depicts Jasmine and Aladding in their wedding outfits from the movie. I am very impressed by the level of detail in the outfits and jewelry. Jasmine is very beautiful and looks good from any angle. Aladdin looks better in person than from the stock photos, but his hair is a little messy, and he looks better from the side than from the front.
After deboxing I discovered that neither doll has the edition number or size stamped on their backs. Aladdin has three layers of clothing: outer coat, inner coat, and shirt with pants. All are separate items, but I left the inner coat tacked to the outer coat. The lower part of his outer coat is in four panels. The two panels in the back are more than floor length, so form a coat tail. He can free stand, but isn't all that stable posed that way. So for all but one photo of him standing, I had him supported by the included display stand. Jasmine has three layers of clothing, too. Outer skirt, inner skirt and pants with top. Her skirts are longer in the back, and are more than floor length.
