This photo makes me angry, confused and ashamed. I as the lady of the house am serving the maid, who is just sitting on her lazy ass and doesn't do any of her tasks. This is so wrong, so humiliating and such a disgrace. I should take out my cane, put that arrogant maid over the knee and spank her lazy bum blue until she begs for mercy. Yet I don't do that because I'm just too kind and don't want to spoil the party with a blaze of anger and violence.

Luckily the truth is a lot more friendly. Fabienne is a good friend and I always love to see her in her satin maid's uniform. Therefore for my party she especially dressed up in her cute uniform, much to my delight. No worries that she's not doing any household tasks; she's a guest today so I serve her my salmon salad crackers just like all other guests.

San Clemente, CA

Last November I helped work a fundraiser at a local golf course. There was a little bit of time before guests started to arrive so I pulled out my camera and took a few shots of the tables. I had never really tried something like this previously and seldom pull the camera out indoors. I may use one of these in the ad for next year's event.

The Romanesque Evangelical Church of Hosman was built around 1270 with three naves, an apse for the altar, and a five-level bell tower. Two centuries later the church was fortified with two rows of defensive walls, towers and bastions. The entrance gate tower is raised on three levels and provided with a defensive harrow in the confluence area of the two enclosures. In the inner defensive enclosure are other defensive constructions such as two raised squares on three levels as well as a strong house. The walls of the enclosure are 7 to 8 meters high, including 3 meters of stone, the rest being renovated with brick and stone.

The second enclosure has two towers. The one in the south-west is pentagonal, now serving as the pavilion of the parish house. The one in the southeast is damaged, only the lower levels of which are preserved today.

In spite of everything, the locality was the prey of the army of Vlad Ţepeş, that, in 1456, set fire to Hosman.

Went for a walk this morning around Little India. After a few turns down some alleys, stumbled onto these fellows reading the morning news. Took a few quick snaps and was on my way again. Supermarine Spitfire Vc EE602

Operator: Anglia Restorations Ltd

Year of Manufacture 1942

Powered by: Rolls Royce Merlin 46

Colour Scheme. RAF 129 Squadron EE602 ‘Central Railways Uruguayan Staff.’

On 11th September 1942 Spitfire MK Vc EE602 was built by Westland in Yeovil, Somerset under contract number B124305/40. When built, EE602 was fitted with the universal ‘C’ wing configuration. This allowed it to be fitted either with 8 machine guns, 4 20mm canons or a mix of 4 .303 machine guns and two 20mm canons. This aircraft had the mix of machine guns and cannons. It was fitted with a Rolls Royce Merlin 46 engine. This produced 1,415 bhp at 3,000 rpm and +16 ib/sq. in. boost at 14.000 ft.

EE602 started out with 66 Squadron. 66 was the second Spitfire Squadron to come into existence and fought in the Battle of Britain. She then went to 129 Squadron, in recognition of the large sums of money the Indian Government raised through the sale of War Bonds some squadrons were named after Indian provinces and 129 was named ‘Mysore’ Squadron. Its final squadron was 453 Squadron (RAAF).

EE602 completed over 100 Missions including escorting the Flying Fortress ‘Memphis Belle’ back to the English coast after her now famous 25th Mission with 129 sqdn, until she was damaged in a taxying incident and taken off charge.

Presentation Spitfire:

Individuals, companies, clubs, or counties could buy their own Spitfire.’ They had to collect £5,000 for their donation. One such company was the Uruguayan railways. Run at the time by British expats. You will see on EE602’s side ‘Central Railways Uruguayan Staff.’ She was formally ‘presented’ to 129 Squadron on 31st May 1943.

After a painstaking restoration to concourse standard lasting more than three years, EE602 now flies again in the markings it wore while serving with 129 Sqn.

Back in June 2001 Arriva North East's Stokesley depot was still in use and, whilst closely attached to Recar depot, had it's own allocation etc. Redcar's Optare Prisma 3003 (M303SAJ) was in use on the 29 in this view, still in Tees & District livery. A block of posh flats has sat on this sit for several years now, sadly, and the town's bus service (for various reasons) is heavily curtailed from what it was.

A Southern Railway local freight works its way past industrial complexes in the suburbs of Knoxville, TN, with a few loads to deliver on a fine spring morning. Although there are lots of dead give-aways that this image was created in the 21st century, this locomotive is portrayed doing what it did for a living in this very area, for roughly 60 years. Southern Consolidation #154 was built in 1890 for the East Tennessee, Virginia & Georgia Railway (ETV&G), which became Southern Railway just a few years later as part of a larger merger. She worked the Southern lines out of Knoxville to Bristol and Asheville for most of her life, and finished out her career as the Knoxville Yard Switcher. Given her history it is most appropriate that her "retirement home" is right here in Knoxville. Her normal gig is hauling the "Three Rivers Rambler" tourist trains for Gulf & Ohio Railways, but on this day, she hauled a short freight consist for a Historic Transport Preservation (HTP) charter, hosted by John Craft. The train is pictured here, running along the James White Greenway, headed east.

Last year I remember being disappointed as I wanted Adele to be a W Club Exclusive for 2016 due to the fact that she was not part of the mainline Fashion Royalty collection. It was Veronique who took the spot and actually showed up three times. Not that I don’t like Vero, I actually do, but Adele really needed a moment in the spotlight. One because she needed to redeem herself after years of being ho hum and lackluster. Also being the original Fashion Royalty muse she has never been, or any black character for that matter, a W Club Exclusive. As it turns out it was all about timing. This year, Jessy Ayala being the featured designer, was the perfect timing for Integrity Toys to whip out something as massive as this. This is something fresh, something new, there’s a touch of glamour with an edgy twist, this is innovative, and this is high fashion. These are just some of the things to expect with Jessy’s work and he totally brought the house down on this one.

What I’m most impressed about this is that Integrity Toys really listens to the fans and they bring them in as part of the creative team. What came out as a topic of conversation at the W Club Forum and an idea coming from its enthusiastic fans was turned into reality. In this set, much like the Sweet Dreams Nadja Rhymes gift set, we are seeing the new version of the Quickswitch head system. Instead of pulling out the head from the neck, in this iteration we switch the heads via the bust joint which is smart as it prevents ruining heads with flocked hair.

The Faces of Adele Gift Set comes with all three of Adele’s face sculpt. The original Adele 1.0 is channeling The Muse with flocked hair and a new face design only this time she is in the A-Tone skin tone like Frosted Glamour Adele. Now I would have loved if she was the blonde instead as that has never been done before with Adele. This original Adele sculpt is probably my least favorite only because it doesn’t fit in with FR’s current aesthetic but nonetheless a vital addition to this Adele tribute.

For 2.0, instead of Adele being Naomi she is more of a Beyonce this time. I don’t mind that at all but I would have loved if she had dark hair only because last year’s Glamazon Adele, although beautiful, wasn’t side glancing. To me Adele isn’t perfect not unless she’s giving the side eye, the squint, the smize, the come-hither look. If you look at the promo shots of this gift set featuring Adele 2.0 you’ll see what I mean. She is serving face hunty! Her expression is what draws me in to her and this is why 2.0 is my most favorite. She’s like Sweet Dreams Nadja’s big sister on this one who is equally just as stunning.

For Adele 3.0 she has the 2016 face design which was used for the one-of-a-kind Obsession Adele from the Supermodel Convention. I’m speculating that they’re using this face design because they’ve never used it for mass production before. But my other speculation is that this was the Adele that was supposed to go in production but didn’t make it on time for the mainline FR collection in 2016’s A Delicate Bloom along with two other characters as stated by the IT designers from the W Club Luncheon at the Fashion Fairytale Convention. It wasn’t that they didn’t think of diversity in the collection but it was because of production issues that they had to deal with at the factory in China. Now, while this is a new face design for 3.0, this isn’t my favorite. I would have loved if they used the Main Attitude/Main Event face design instead which I thought was perfection. No other face design for 3.0 has really come close to that. An issue that I have with this set is that 3.0 comes with a NU.Face bust while the other two heads have the FR bust. Sure variety is probably what they were thinking about but for me I am all about uniformity when it comes to the characters. All FR characters should be on a FR body and all NF characters should be on a NF body. I guess it’s my OCD.

Now this gift set comes with many firsts. Aside from the interchangeable heads, this set is debuting the Museum Podium Doll Stand so you can display the doll and the busts next to her. Also a first are the blushed nipples of the breasts which at this point I don’t know what to think of. I’ve never seen an Integrity Toys doll with those features. So we’ll see how they look once the set ships next Spring/Summer.

While based on the promo pics I’m only most crazy about Adele 2.0 and while I think this set isn’t perfection to a ‘T’, I can’t deny the fact that this is such an amazing set and I could not be happier. I don’t even think amazing is the right word to describe it. This is beyond amazing. What a way to pay tribute to the original top model that is Adele Makeda!? Truly a dream come true!
