The islanders weren't very fond of Tycho Brahe, actually, since they were required by the king to work two days a week for him or something like that. So it was rumored that the cellar was actually used as a prison by him for unruly islanders.

This long tunnel was the servants entrance to Cromarty House. Would not like to use it when dark.
