A wonderful morning at minus 5 ° Celsius above the Wittlich valley, seen from the so-called "Pichter Mountain". A few minutes later the sun rose in the haze behind the Moselle mountains.
Ein herrlicher Morgen bei minus 5° Celsius oberhalb der Wittlicher Senke, dem sogenannten "Pichter Berg". Wenige Minuten später ging die Sonne im Dunst hinter den Moselbergen auf.

The valley of Wittlich very close to where I live has as Tuscany abundant morning mist and fields to offer ... just no cypresses. This morning shortly after sunrise.

"Rolling hills" are not only found in Tuscany, but very close to my home. Last Saturday morning they were "decorated" with a little fog.

Variant of a 12 year old picture of my favorite place very close to home, here in a new Lightroom processing.

The Finten Chapel, landmark of my residence, is surrounded by orchards. Sometimes mist rises from the valley during the sunrise and enchants the already very idyllic landscape.
Die Fintenkapelle, Wahrzeichen meines Wohnortes, liegt inmitten von Streuobstwiesen. Manchmal zieht während des Sonnenaufgangs Nebel vom Tal hoch und verzaubert die ohnehin bereits sehr idyllische Landschaft.

Was this morning after a long time again on macro tour in "my" area. Presumably a belated male orange tip bracket on dandelion shortly after sunrise in the lateral backlight.
War heute morgen nach langer Zeit mal wieder auf Makrotour in "meinem" Revier. Vermutlich ein verspäteter männlicher Aurorafalter an Pusteblume kurz nach Sonnenaufgang im seitlichen Gegenlicht.

Yesterday morning I was on the way to a new photo location, when I saw this morning mood, shortly, it had to be captured on the sensor.

In the late afternoon of last Wednesday in the fields of the Wittlich Valley, also known for its fertile soils, as here for potato cultivation. Anyone wondering about the color of the soil is so reddish here, I suspect it is from the red sandstone that occurs in the region.
Am späten Nachmittag des vergangenen Mittwoch in den Feldern der Wittlicher Senke, bekannt auch für ihre fruchtbaren Böden, wie hier zum Kartoffelanbau. Wer sich über die Farbe des Bodens wundert, die sind hier so rötlich, ich vermute von dem in der Region vorkommenden roten Sandstein.
