Near the Ring Road, taking the 249 Road to Pórsmörk is this beautiful waterfall. You can walk behind it by a foot path at the bottom of the cliff.
Seljalandsfoss ("foss" means waterfall) has to be the most photographed waterfall in Iceland - probably because you can walk around the back of it. But for various reasons we didn't get terribly close to it. I did, though, like the way the fleeting sunshine fell on the hillside above it.

Der Seljalandsfoss ist ein Wasserfall im Süden Islands, der mehr oder weniger direkt an der Ringstraße liegt. Er ist 66m hoch, aber das eigentlich Besondere an ihm ist, dass man hinter den Wasserfall laufen kann (und dabei auch nur leicht nass wird).
