The Bay Area Power Team had Shore Slocum for it's featured speaker on 2009.09.27.
These pictures pretty much show a good time was had by all - despite the fact that everybody kept their clothes on!
Kudos to Jeremy for building such a great group - it was worth my long drive!

On 2010.04.07 Steve Linder came ad spoke to the Orange County Power Team. He is flat out one of the most interesting people you will ever have the chance to hear speak. Don't miss it if he ever comes anywhere near your town!
As a side note, I gave my cameras to some helpers, and they had a few problems with focus - being a professional photographer is not for everyone.
Heck some days you practically have to be a super hero to get the shot.
Oh wait. Um, I'm not supposed to talk about that aspect of my life!

The only mention of this brand is in the Self-Help ads in 1948 which most likely indicate that Maple was a house brand of theirs. The only text is on the box top so unsure of who made them of the half dozen or so confectionery manufacturers who made chocolate assortments at the time. Came with unwanted stamps that I begged the seller to keep! Box from my collection.
