Another rather challenging print from an overdeveloped negative, originally taken in 2012. Balancing out the reflection and the top part of the image took some intricate dodging and burning.
Taken with Mamiya M645 on Ilford Delta 100, developed in Rodinal

My fooling around with lith printing has been a fascinating project. Split tones, posterization effects, and each result is something of a surprise.

Regency period ruby red wine glass. (Circa 1820-?)
Not the more common paler cranberry. The red colour is produced by the addition of cadmium sulphiide and selenium to the molten glass. It is occasionally called "selenium ruby"
With unpolished snapped pontil and knopped stem an air bubble and some uneven thickness.
