More than 30 alumni and spouses from the 366th Security Police Squadron K9 visited Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, May 5, for what would be their final reunion tour. The former 366 SPS K9 handlers had served together in Da Nang, Vietnam, many having met their spouses prior to their service there. This site survey was conducted with Kapisa provincial development council representatives, Kapisa Ministry of Education engineers, and local village elders and shura members to ensure everyone’s input was taken into consideration.
