We had quite the day exploring Seattle, and we knew we needed to settle down a little to have a meal before we hopped about our Amtrak 'Cascades' to return to Vancouver. Just outside King Street Station is the Embassy Suites Hotel with the lovely "Zephyr Bar" and we were treated royally by the staff. Not only was the food scrumptious, we mentioned that every device we had was low on power and they set us up to plug in and recharge our phones and camera. Thanks guys!
I love Seattle. Only been there a couple of times but its hard not to build an affection for the birthplace of Starbucks, Nirvana, Soundgarden and, best of all, Pearl Jam. Anyway, on my last night there I took a ride up to Kerry Park, as did about 40 other photographers. Everyone gets this shot, but its such a great view that its hard to resist.

This episode features footage of Seattle during the holiday season, including numerous scenes around downtown Seattle such as Pike Place Market, Westlake Center, 5th Avenue Theater, and Occidental Avenue in Pioneer Square. Additionally, the Argosy Cruises Christmas Ships are showcased sailing on Lake Union near Gas Works Park and Aurora Bridge.
"Emerald City Infinity" (or "ECI") is a timelapse video series produced by TIA International Photography (TIA). ECI was created from hundreds of timelapse videos recorded between March 2021 and the present date.

Downtown Seattle as viewed from a Puget Sound ferry.
One of the things that inspired me to take this photo was the brighter light off to the right, which was then reflected off the lower buildings.
Another iPhone photo. I'm less than satisfied with the quality of the image. I guess I've been spoiled by my Pentax K-5.

The Seattle Great Wheel is a 175 feet tall ferris wheel located at Pier 57 on Elliot Bay in Seattle that opened on June 29, 2012. The wheel has 42 climate controlled gondolas each able to carry up to 8 passengers, except for the “VIP” gondola which only seats 4, giving it a maximum capacity of over 300.
I took this photo around St. Patricks day last year, it is hard to see on the wheel lights, but the reflections shows more closely that the design was meant to be a three leaf clover or Shamrock.
